A Mother’s Day sermon that addresses foster, adopted, natural, & grandmothers. Please note that at the end of the sermon, due to technical problems, the recording cut off. The entire message WAS recorded, but the benediction & final well wishes (as well as a personal word to my wide Vicky) were cut out. The following is what I was attempting to say: “To all the women in our lives that nurtured us & poured into us; that prayed for us & they cried for us; who worried for us, & loved us; Happy Mother’s Day & God bless you. Enjoy your day. To my wife Vicky – you are an amazing mother & grandmother. I love you: Happy Mother’s Day. To CTW moms: Have a Blessed Mother’s Day – you are loved!

Pastor, Great message for all who has/had the responsibilities of mothering children’s. It takes me back to understanding that our grandmothers, (different today) had a certain look, smell, favorite cook of the family & prayer warriors of the family, prayed so much for us that God has answered their prayers, because here we are in 2020 alive and serving God. Our mothers are missed and people tend to remember them on Mother’s Day, but there’s always a moment each day that God will allow me to remember my mother. I pray for each mother/grandmother who had/has the hard work of raising, caring, feeding, sacrificing, clothing, etc sons, daughters, grandchildren’s nephews, nieces and their motherless, fatherless friends as well. May God continue to bless them always.
